Skate! is a study of the lives of skaters. Kimmy Baraoidan follows a young group of skaters as they perform their stunts in a local elementary school. Kimmy, who is a drummer herself in a local rock band, integrates with the skaters and reveals a tight-knit world of a combination of sports and subculture.
